If you struggle with anxiety and are curious about microdosing, the key to achieving greater wellness may lie in pursuing mindful action and letting nature take its course.
By accepting what is present within us and saying yes to whatever thoughts or emotions arise, we create space for infinite possibilities and cultivate a sense of mindfulness that allows us to observe without resistance. This is a great practice when combined with a frequent microdosing journey.
Instead of automatically saying no or avoiding difficult situations, it's important to pay attention to what may be resistance or avoidance and face it with courage.
