Workshop #2
Healing the Inner Child
Some of us have had highly traumatic childhoods. But it isn’t just severe adverse experiences in childhood that can wound us. Many of our wounds come from missing out on what we (as the unique individuals that we are) specifically needed at different developmental stages. These wounds can come from misunderstandings, or misalignments between parenting philosophies and what a particular child needs.
Workshop #3
Reconnection through Depression
We have to teach the brain new patterns, and this is much easier when the brain is in a higher state of neural plasticity. You can start to “rewrite” the programming that depression has left by engaging in repeated practice of healthy self-compassion strategies.
Workshop #4
Anxiety in the Modern World
Microdosing and neural plasticity - practicing the strategies and breathwork regularly and frequently will create strong neural pathways that you will be able to access more quickly. So the next time you are triggered, you are practiced in going to a calm state and can get there faster!
Workshop #5
Unpacking Addiction
Microdosing can help break the cycle of addiction. It can provide a mental reset that changes how the brain deals with addiction while helping confront & process emotions behind the addiction. These new perspectives can further help you find strategies to deal with obstacles. Microdosing is generally safe, well-tolerated, has low potential for abuse, and has even been shown to lessen withdrawal symptoms and reduce the urge to use substances, offering a promising alternative to traditional treatments.
Workshop #6
Balancing Stress
When your body stays in a state of stress, it starts to wear down your immune system. This leads to more susceptibility to all kinds of diseases, infection, disorders, etc. Incredibly important to learn how to take your mind and body into calm states and give it breaks from stress.
