Clouds come and go... Despite this, the sky is always there.
While you cannot change the wind, you can adjust the sail.
If the sky is covered with clouds, do we get mad at the sky?
Why should we be upset with ourselves when we experience uncomfortable emotions or intrusive thoughts?
Suffering is not caused by external circumstances. Read that again.....
It is impossible to change the weather, but we can adapt to it. When it's raining, we use an umbrella, and when it's cold, we wear a warm
jacket.
We seek shade when it is hot.
The "appearance" of self-deflating thoughtless emotions causes (and permits) suffering.
Leaving them unchecked, or not adapting to them, these cover our Mind's Eye and ultimately cause suffering. Extinguishing these attitudes requires great care and awareness. When they cease to exist, so will the actions they create.
The objective of this practice is to dissolve negativity and impulses into the deeper sphere of reality.
The sky is always there before the clouds and it is there when covered by clouds.
It is WE who are nature.
Here are 3 Tips & Tricks to use when you’re having a “cloudy day:”
1.) If there is discomfort within, pull out "the observation card" and “just watch your life”. Return it to the universe and let it dissolve.
Control + Alt + Delete. Return to sender.
2.) It is OK to have a variety of feelings in your mind, just don't get caught up in them.
3.) We can't change the weather, but we can wait with present awareness until it dissipates. By applying this simple concept to your own emotional state, you can improve it.
“Consciousness is luminous in the double sense that its nature is clear and that it illuminates, or reveals, like a lamp that dispels darkness so that objects may be seen.”— His Holiness the Dhali Llama

Hear What Other People Are Saying About Mind's Eye!
"A great thought begins by seeing something differently, with a shift of the Mind's Eye"
-Albert Einstein
"Mind's Eye has helped me get back to just a feeling of being connected, almost like a remembrance of what I'm actually here to do on this planet."
-Ariel Z
"Mind's Eye is much more intentional, then other supplements for me. Learning that there's power when you can actually speak to the medicine and set your intentions before you take it. Whether it's just an intention for your day, or the intention for your week. For me, I like that internal feeling, when I speak to the medicine; you give yourself the chance to absorb more of your intention."
-Irene T
"I feel so full in my life and so grateful. I feel so grounded and confident in my ability to navigate life. I am trusting of myself and my ability to keep myself safe, supported and ask for what I need. A lot of that has come with a lot of hard work and rewiring in my brain. So much of it has landed in my body in such a powerful way because of this medicine; I've been giving myself this extra layer of support that's actually working on a biological level, that I don't even notice on a day to day. All of a sudden, I'm like, 'Oh, I'm not doing that thing anymore that I used to do, as a trauma response'."
-Liz S
"Since I've started taking Mind's Eye, I do notice I am much happier. I'm much clearer. The world is crisper, more vibrant. I'm just more present and in the moment. I'm a Reiki Master, and I do work with clients, but I also nanny. Being with children is something that teaches you to really be in the present moment. I noticed on my on days, and I'm way more present and way more fun, way more creative and way more crafty"
