When we are able to take a wide perspective on life, we give ourselves the chance to release the grip of control WE "think" we have on it.
The key to overcoming anxiety and finding inner peace is to let go of the illusionary sense of control that stems from our unconscious, selfish entitlement. This involves stepping back from our expectations about how the world should be and instead accepting it as it is. Ahhh, acceptance IS the path to serenity.
By welcoming the world with a clear and confident awareness, we can develop a sense of mindfulness that allows us to observe our emotions without getting caught up in them.
True transformation comes from within, and requires a willingness to let go of our attachments and embrace the present moment.
Ultimately, the path to inner peace requires us to cultivate a mindset of acceptance and non-judgment, so that we can experience the world as it truly is, free from the constraints of our own expectations and desires.
