Dr. Rachel Lam is an educator, advocate, writer, and healer. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Arizona State University, and currently teaches in the Department of Psychological Science at Weber State University in Utah. Dr. Lam has over 450 hours of training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), trauma-informed mental wellness practices, qi gong and energy work, and the use of psychedelics for mental health therapy. She operates from a trauma-based orientation when providing psychedelic guide services and trauma coaching to her clients, with the understanding of how prolonged trauma, usually starting in childhood, affects all aspects of health: cognitive, emotional, social, spiritual, and physical.
